This artwork has been released as 250 individual Limited Edition pieces across the various print media types. Each piece from this collector's Limited Edition Series is signed and numbered digitally prior to purchase. Each purchased limited edition includes a hand-signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) that will be shipped separately from the print itself and includes a pair of matching serialized holographic indicators for both the artwork and CoA. The digital signature process ensures that the provenance of each unique masterwork remains with the print throughout its life.
HAHNEMÜLE FINE ART PAPER PRINTS: The Fine Art print media option offers a timeless, textured, and more traditional look for your artwork. These luxury photographic prints are inkjet printed on Hahnemühle PhotoRag 308 GSM fine art paper and are available in precision cut or hand-torn edges for an even more unique display option. Known for its museum-grade display qualities, the textured surface boasts a rich combination of depth, texture, color, and vibrancy. We recommend choosing either a float frame or a traditional frame with mat border for a ready-to-hang premium fine art display.
FUJIFLEX CRYSTAL ARCHIVE PAPER PRINTS: Our FujiFlex Crystal Archival print media option boasts the most vibrant combination of detail, dynamic range, and color display for artworks. This option is one of the most widely utilized photo papers in the world for good reason. Made from a polyester-based photo paper, FujiFlex Crystal Archive prints transform a blank canvas to an incredibly stunning and sharp final image through a unique chemical development process. The result is an unparalleled, glossy image that will last a lifetime. We recommend either choosing a traditional frame with mat border or simply a traditional frame for a ready-to-hang premium fine art display.
CHROMALUXE METALLIC PRINTS: The ChromaLuxe print media option offers a sublimation-based aluminum print that utilizes a combination of heat and pressure to transfer images directly onto the 0.045" thick metallic substrate at the molecular level with incredible detail. Each of these prints are coated with a polymer-based film, providing protection from UV scratches and dust so that the artwork remains just a vibrant and vivid as the day it was printed. These prints are manufactured in the USA and represent the top-tier-quality in materials, process, and resulting prints. From museums, to homes, and offices, ChromaLuxe metallic prints offer an archival quality print option that is easy to hang, lightweight and perfect to hang with or without a traditional frame.
LUMACHROME & FUJIFLEX ACRYLIC SUPERGLOSS PRINTS: Acrylic Supergloss prints are one of two premium luxury fine art display options offered by Jameson Schultz Studio. Produced with Lumachrome and FujiFlex Crystal Archive photographic papers, prints are front-face mounted to a piece of crystal-clear acrylic glass that is then back-mounted to a second supporting substrate of acrylic glass or DiBond. The result provides an unbelievable level of resolution, clarity, and color depth that produces a distinct 3D-image quality to each photo and makes them appear as backlit or holographic. This type of display boasts a reflective gloss surface finish due to the premium Supergloss Acrylic used and does not utilize TruLife® non-glare materials. This results in a lower-cost luxury display option without compromising the visual image quality and detail of the print. We recommend that Acrylic Supergloss prints be displayed in our luxury traditional frame and liner options or our museum rear mounted float frames for an unparalleled viewing experience.
LUMACHROME & FUJIFLEX ACRYLIC TRULIFE® NON-GLARE PRINTS: Acrylic TruLife® Non-Glare display prints represent the most luxurious and high-end pieces that I offer for purchase. This style of display is the highest tier combination of printing technology, processes, and materials in the world. Produced with Lumachrome and FujiFlex Crystal Archive photographic papers, prints are front-face mounted to a piece of TruLife® acrylic glass that is then back-mounted to a second supporting substrate of acrylic glass or DiBond. TruLife® acrylic glass is crystal clear, scratch resistant, and non-reflective premium option that allows the display to be viewed from any angle without any glare or reflection from surrounding light sources. The unmatched level of detail, color gamut, and vibrancy of this display option is further augmented by the unique entrapment of light between the print surface and the TruLife® acrylic layer. When properly illuminated, the artwork appears to be not just 3D, but takes on a desirable back-lit and holographic affect that leaves viewers in awe. We strongly recommend that TruLife® acrylic prints be displayed in our luxury traditional frame and liner options or our museum rear mounted float frames for simply the best viewing experience you can buy anywhere. These prints are backed by a lifetime guarantee.
LIMITED EDITION - ARTIST PROOF: Artist Proofs represent a special class of Limited Edition prints that are of higher value due to their rarity. Only five (5) Artist Proof pieces will ever be produced for a released artwork and are solely Lumachrome TruLife® Acrylic prints at select widths. Each of these prints is hand-signed by the artist and numbered with A/P #1 of 1. A hand-written letter from Jameson will accompany each of these collector's pieces, as well as the corresponding journal entry describing the unique story behind each image. Each Artist Proof is an investment that increases at a higher rate than individual pieces from the other works in the collection. Framing and border options can be paired with this selection.
+ What are the available print frames ?
Float Frames: Float frames present a modern and sleek option for displaying your purchased artworks. This type of frame displays all ChromaLuxe Metal (Gallery Aluminum Float Frame) and Acrylic Prints (RomaMoulding® Float Frame) as a hovering works of art that are seated .75" to 1.75" from the wall. There are no traditional frames or borders along the image, just an elegantly simple and captivating display option.
RomaMoulding® RAMINO (ESPRESSO SATIN BLACK / SILVER): The Ramino collection beautifully highlights the trends that have dominated the world of interior design for the past decade by fusing contemporary profiles with traditional finishes. The result is a look that is fresh, current, and distinctly Roma®.
RomaMoulding® TABBACHINO (CIGAR / DARK ASH / TOBACCO): The detailed texture of the “piuma di ulivo” is achieved through various hand applications; thus preserving the warmth and beauty of the unique aged by nature’s elements that roll across the hills of the Tuscan countryside.
RomaMoulding® ARBER (DARK WALNUT / SATIN BLACK / WHITE): The natural beauty of Arber takes you to a cozy wooden cabin, deep in the woods where you are fully embraced in what nature has to offer. Mellow hues from dark charcoal to a roasted chestnut; offer true beauty and character. Arber has the glowing beauty and warm feeling that only handcrafted quality moldings can create.
RomaMoulding® CABANE (DISTRESSED SILVER): Age brings with it a subtle beauty. RomaMouldings® Cabane series captivates with its unique rustic charm, rich hues and subtle highlights of color that are hand applied and distressed by skilled artisans whose careful attention to detail evokes the beauty attained only by time and nature.
+ What are the available print borders ?
MAT (BLACK / PEARL / WHITE): Mats are made of a layered paper board where your print sits directly behind the mat. This creates a refined, classic fine art display that adds to both the depth and scale, as well as softening the transition from image to the frame.
LINER (BLACK / WHITE / PEARL): Liners are made of linen that is stretched over a wooden frame and attached to the inside of the outer frame. Prints sit on the inside of this liner, which creates a window-like 3D portal effect by adding a unique depth to the display.
+ How to best display this print ?
LIGHTING: A very important aspect of how to correctly display luxury print photographs is the lighting. Several bulb sources can be used to sufficiently light the image, and this can be accomplished by using a combination of spotlights and spreads. The combination and type will differ depending on the proximity of your light source to your image. We strongly recommend the MR16 halogen bulbs and/or to maintain a light color temperature near 3000K.
Lighting is beyond the scope of what we provide at Jameson Schultz Studio, and we strongly encourage you to contact a certified lighting or gallery specialist to properly address all concerns with your desired concept. JSS is happy to provide some insight into this, however it is not our specialty.
ENVIRONMENT: In order to maintain your print warranties and maximize the lifetime of your artwork, Jameson Schultz Studio recommends avoiding environments that could prove detrimental to the longevity of the print. While only the top-of-the-line materials have been used to address environmental deterioration of the print quality, it is highly recommended to not display your photograph in areas exposed to direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures.
Prolonged exposure to temperatures greater than 75°F, RH% > 60%, direct sunlight or any combination, could potentially lead to damaging of your print, such as fading or bubble formation for mounted prints.
