FINE ART PRINTS
The Fine Art Prints are one of two types of non-ready to hang prints that come in a protective sleeve to take to your framer or use in your frame of choice. Boasting a timeless, textured, and more traditional look, this Fine Art Print series is a premium way to display Jameson Schultz Studio’s photographic prints. It is a luxury print made for traditional framing and matting.
For these Fine Art prints, we utilize the coveted Hahnemühle® PhotoRag 308 GSM fine art paper from Hahnemühle® FineArt, Inc. and are available in precision cut or hand-torn edges for an even more unique appearance.
Instead of the ultra smooth finish found in photo papers like Fujiflex Crystal Archive, the Hahnemühle® PhotoRag 308 GSM brings a textured surface profile to your printed images in order to provide a Fine Art quality to JSS printed works. Renowned for its museum and gallery level of display qualities, it is 100% a collector favorite.

LUXURY ACRYLIC PRINTS
LUMACHROME® & TRULIFE® ACRYLIC PRINTS
The most luxurious printing options for any photograph are captured in the JSS offerings for Lumachrome® and Lumachrome® + TruLife® Acrylic Prints. These prints have no rival in their display capabilities and provide the viewer with a display so vibrant and realistic that they commonly appear to be lit from a backlight and even appear 3D. Both these prints utilize state of the art chemical development of a photo print using either Lumachrome or Fujiflex prints that are then face-mounted to either a glossy (Lumachrome®) or no-glare acrylic (Lumachrome® + TruLife®) that truly opens a window into the artwork. These prints are available for purchase as a face-mounted acrylic, with a float frame, or with a luxury frame, all of which can be found in the online store. Due to the high level of material quality and the advanced processes employed in producing these prints we recommend that you additionally look into how to properly light the artwork to unlock the full potential.
LUMACHROME® PRINTS
The Platinum and Diamond Tier Prints offered from JSS, utilize world-famous Lumachrome HD Face-mounted Acrylic prints. These prints have such rich colors, incredible detail, and unmatched dynamic range, that they are said to appear as 3-D or even back-lit and are available for large format prints.
These prints additionally boast a lifetime of viewing guarantee given adequate care. JSS is pleased to offer this as a luxury print option available for purchase as a 1/8” acrylic print with backing, as well as two gallery quality floating frame options. These prints are truly without rival and unbelievably, are even beyond the widely utilized Fujiflex Crystal prints.
WHAT IS TRULIFE®?
Though both are considered to be at the very top of any available display options today, there is a difference between the two. Both Platinum and Diamond Tier prints are made with Lumachrome HD Face-mounted Acrylic,but differ in the type of acrylic to which the Lumachrome HD print is mounted to.
Platinum Tier prints use an optically clear glossy 1/8”-thick acrylic to provide a luxury display though glare can occur. Diamond Tier prints similarly use optically clear 1/8”-thick acrylic, but use TruVue acrylic instead. The TruVue acrylic boasts increased UV protection, improved scratch and dust resistance, and most importantly will not induce a glare.
FLOAT FRAME
The Gallery Deluxe Float Mount option for JSS’s Lumachrome HD acrylic prints utilizes a standard 1.3” x 3.5” ROMA rear floating frame, which is affixed to the print block. The print block consists of the print surface, the 1/8” Acrylic or 1/8” TruLife® Acrylic to which the print is face mounted, and lastly the backing.
The Float Mount option is essentially a hidden frame that can support the smallest to the largest of prints that will come ready to hang. Additionally, the Luxury Frame option provides an additional 2.0” of space between the mounting surface and the print, giving 3.5” in total. It makes a substantial difference in enhancing an otherwise already perfect display.

JSS offers RomaMoulding® frames as a part of their services to provide a one stop shop for your print and framing needs, and can offer these frames a much more discounted rate than your local framer which matters when the largest and most high-end frames can run $3K to $5K +. FRAMING OPTIONS
TRADITIONAL FRAMING OPTIONS
Jameson Schultz Studio is not solely a framer, but we work closely with framers, are well versed in the world, and are even a partner of RomaMoulding®. We have the expertise and knowledge to create your ideal framed image from our collection, and work with a local shop in Seattle as well to offer an expanded portfolio of traditional frames. For smaller prints and sometimes up to the 40” x 60” threshold, JSS will be happy to provide the options and prices available to you and ship it already assembled, ready to hang straight to your door. For large format prints 40” x 60” and greater, we may recommend taking your purchased art to a local framer. Check out our traditional frame options in our frame shop and be sure to let us know exactly what you’re looking for if you cannot find it in our immediately available offerings.
FLOAT FRAMING OPTIONS
Jameson Schultz Studio provides two gallery quality float framing options for our Metal and Acrylic prints in our store. Metal prints utilize either a 3/4” silver-colored aluminum float frame (left image), or a 1-3/4” black-colored aluminum float frame (right image). Crystal and TruLife® Acrylic Prints have a frame package that employs a 6mm protective edge backing material behind the acrylic, and a 1.3” x 3.5” ROMA rear floating frame. Again traditional framing is possible with these prints, so either contact your local framer or js@jamesonschultz.studio for more information.
LUXRY FRAMING OPTIONS
Jameson Schultz Studio offers several standard types of traditional luxury framing options for your selected artwork. Utilizing RomaMoulding® offerings of Tabacchino, Ramino, and Arber for the standard styles that employ world renowned quality materials, JSS can offer these frames directly to you and will even provide a mockup of the image in your desired space upon request. These frames can be used to frame any of the print styles, however we recommend that you purchase with acrylic or metallic styles for the best result. These frames can come installed with an additional linen liner border that further accentuates the selected artwork (available in white, black, or other colors upon special request). Framing options are referenced as a standalone item on the website as well to give you transparency on the cost of different types of frames. DISPLAY LIGHTING
& ENVIROMENT
LIGHTING RECOMMENDATIONS
A very important aspect of how to correctly display luxury print photographs is the lighting. Several bulb sources can be used to sufficiently light the image, and should be accomplished by using a combination of spotlights and spreads. The combination and type will differ depending on the proximity of your light source to your image. We strongly recommend the MR16 halogen bulbs and/or to maintain a light color temperature near 3000K.
Lighting is beyond the scope of what we provide at Jameson Schultz Studio, and we strongly encourage you to contact a certified electrician, lighting, or gallery specialist to properly address all concerns with you desired concept. JSS is happy to provide some insight into this, however it is not our specialty.
ENVIRONMENT RECOMMENDATIONS
In order to maintain your print warranties, and maximize the lifetime of your artwork, Jameson Schultz Studio recommends avoiding environments that could prove detrimental to the longevity of the print. While only the top-of-the-line materials have been used to address environmental deterioration of the print quality, it is highly recommended to not display your photograph in areas exhibiting direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures.
Prolonged exposure to temperatures greater than 75°F, RH% > 60%, direct sunlight or any combination, could potentially lead to damaging of your image, such as fading or bubble formation for mounted prints.
HOW TO ORDER
STEP 1
Visit the jamesonschultz.studio/store page to view the artwork available for immediate purchase. If you saw an image used by JSS in the online galleries or on social media that you would like as a print, and it is not currently listed in the store, please send a screen shot to sales@jamesonschultz.studio and we will set it up in the store. We have so many photos in que to be added to the store, so we appreciate your understanding. This has actually occurred several times so far and we can remedy this usually within 24-hours.
STEP 2
Browse for a print that you wish to purchase and click on it to learn more. A “Quick View” option will be available for selection when you scroll over if you wish to use this smaller window instead. Once you click on the link, you will be transported to that product’s page where you can customize it. You may also hover your mouse over the image to the right to zoom in to explore some of the finer details of the print.
You will have the option to select your Print Type, Print Size, and Print Options to select whether or not you want just the print, or one of our provided framing options. The price shown will update depending on your selection.
STEP 3
Once you have your product configured and you are satisfied with your selections you are ready to click the “ADD TO CART” button, which will immediately place your newly configured print into your “SHOPPING CART” located at the upper right hand corner of the website navigation header.
The “SHOPPING CART” will update and indicate the total number of items in your cart as they are added. With the product successfully added to the “SHOPPING CART”, you may continue to add more products, or proceed to view all your added items. Do this by bringing the mouse and clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner.
STEP 4
Once you are looking at your shopping cart, you can then choose to update your cart by editing the quantity of the items, or removing them completely.
Simply edit the number in the quantity column for each item you wish to change. If you wish to remove an item please click the “x” on the far left next to the image thumbnail.
It is extremely important that you review the items in your cart prior to purchasing. We are a small business with a few people handling a lot of the work, and expensive misprints can be avoided early on by just ensuring that the proper size and type is chosen. It is obviously slightly less critical if the Print Option selection is incorrect at the time of order. If the mistake is caught before the article is printed, we will correct it and charge or refund your listed payment information based on the new price after clearing it with you. When you are ready to checkout click the button at the lower right hand portion of the shopping cart.
STEP 5
Proceed to fill out the information required to process payment and shipping. All information is solely used for the purpose of getting you your print in a timely and orderly manner, and is managed by Stripe, Square, or Paypal depending on your preference and location at the time of purchase. These are secure third party vendors that specialize in handling of digital transactions and ecommerce and are integrated directly within the website.

Once this information is reviewed, simply click through to submit and your order will be processed within 24-hours.
STEP 6
Immediately after purchase you will receive confirmation via your entered email address, and we will receive your order. The order is usually processed in a 24-hour window from the time of purchase if made during the standard work week.
Following this, you will be receiving a follow up email from our sales team or the artist confirming your actual shipping dates, and if any additional charges will occur (i.e. international shipping, shipping to HI or AK, large format freight shipping cost, additional expedite shipping fees, framing design and delivery, etc.)
Typical wait times for Xpozer prints are less than 5 business days from the time of order, with traditional, fine art, and luxury prints taking 5 to 15 business days for production depending on size, material, and whether or not the print requires limited edition certification.
STEP 7
Receive your artwork from the local framing shop, or directly to your home depending on preference. Contact any professionals needed prior to hanging and displaying your work to ensure the best environment and lighting is reserved for your collector’s piece.
