This PRIVACY POLICY applies to your access and use of JamesonSchultz.Studio and any associated services contained herein. The PRIVACY POLICY describes the practices on gathering, using, and sharing of any private information by Jameson Schultz Photography Studio (JSS). By accessing and using any of JSS's online services or products, you agree that you have read, and also agree to be bound to the contents of this PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree to this PRIVACY POLICY, please do not utilize any of JSP's online services or products.  

JSS is located in the United States in the State of California. JSS's online privacy practices are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. By using any of JSS's online services, you willingly acknowledge, understand, and agree that any information you submit or is gathered about you will be transmitted to and stored in the United States. Additionally you consent to the use and disclosure of that information accordance with applicable U.S. Federal and State laws and with this PRIVACY POLICY.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

JSS does not collect personally identifiable information about you other than information you directly and voluntarily submit to JSS when placing an order, contacting, or otherwise inquiring to JSS. This information may include mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, username, password, and credit card information (submitted voluntarily when requesting a direct order for processing only).

Please note that if you directly disclose any personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through JSS's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others and JSS is not responsible for controlling this information.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless voluntarily provided to JSS. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to JSS when you elect to use certain online products or services. This may include: (a.) registering for an account on JSS; (b.) entering a contest sponsored by JSS or an associated partner; (c.) signing up for special offers from JSS or selected third parties; (d.) purchasing products and services on JamesonSchultz.Studio; (e.) sending JSS an email message. To wit, JSS will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from JSS.
