Q: Will editions be available internationally?

A: Yes, all editions will be available internationally generally speaking. We reserve the right to decline shipment to certain destinations subject to embargoes, sanctions, war, disturbances, or other local regulations and restrictions. We will not ship to a residential addresses in Russia, Cuba, North Korea, etc.

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A: No, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. To ship to multiple addresses a new order must be created for each address the customer wishes to ship to.

Q: Will I pay duties and taxes on international orders?

A: International customers are responsible for paying all fees, duties, customs, and taxes associated with international shipping. Orders shipping item(s) to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may incur additional charges. Jameson Schultz Studio reserves the right to invoice the additional Shipping & Handling charges separately for shipping to the aforementioned states and territories, which shall be communicated to the customer and invoiced at the time of shipment.

Q: How can track my order?

A: The order status page is located within the account page and is currently under construction. If you are interested in learning the status of your order please contact c or by clicking here and indicating your order number in the subject line.

Q: Is the artwork insured during the shipping process?

A: The artwork and any additional items will be insured during transit.

Q: What if the artwork or package arrives damaged?

A: If any digital download of Media and/or Product(s) is included under purchase agreement, or contract, the download will be made available through Jameson Schultz Studio’s Sales Department upon receipt of valid Payment Information, or alternatively through an email address provided at the time of purchase. Downloads are only available once, and it is the responsibility of the customer to save the file following download. Jameson Schultz Studio reserves the right to issue a redownload at their discretion upon customer proof of purchase and valid reason.

If any physical Media and/or Product(s) are purchased, Jameson Schultz Studio will use all commercially reasonable efforts in conjunction with third party vendors to ship all orders for such purchases within the estimated delivery time applicable and chosen by the customer presented at order checkout. The customer will not hold Jameson Schultz Studio reliable for any delays in shipping.

Jameson Schultz Studio and its utilized vendors reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order at our discretion. The customer accepts all financial responsibility for shipping charges, which will be included, shown, and available for view during the order process. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification and to correction or change without notice. If the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown in your shopping cart, Jameson Schultz Studio will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and the customer will have an opportunity to cancel your order.

Q: Will you ship to a PO box?

A: No we will not ship to a PO box.

Q: When can I expect an order to arrive after being placed?

A: Order times will vary depending on shipping service selected. Typically 5 to 20 business day lead times depending on printing, framing, and other items that may be included by the purchaser at time of order. If lead time is an issue Jameson Schultz Studio can provide expedition of the order for a nominal fee.
